To add a participant, click on <code>:Add:</code>. A popup will appear asking the details to be inserted. Ianseo allows up to 3 "club/countries" setup: this will be used in assigning archers to specific teams and produce ranking based on those club/countries.

Per aggiungere un partecipante, fare clic su :Aggiungi:. Vi apparirà una finestra a comparsa che chiederà i dettagli da inserire. Ianseo consente di impostare fino a 3 “società/nazioni”: questo verrà utilizzato per assegnare gli arcieri a specifiche squadre e produrre classifiche basate su tali società/nazioni.

Stato: ammissibilità del partecipante alla data della competizione
Turno: turno di tiro della qualificazione
Piazzola: assegnazione piazzola
Tabella di ricerca: tabella di ricerca (se presente)
Tessera: numero di tessera/licenza dell'arciere
Cognome: cognome. Questo campo è obbligatorio
Nome: nome del partecipante
Data di Nascita: data di nascita (usata per calcolare e filtrare la classe di età)
Sesso: sesso
Società: Codice Società/Nazione. Per le nazioni utilizzare il codice nazionale a 3 lettere del CIO
Nome Breve: descrizione società/nazione
Sq. Parziale: ammissibilità per squadre parziali
Società (2): codice seconda società/nazione.
Nome Breve (2): descrizione seconda società/nazione.
Società (3): codice terza società/nazione.
Nome Breve (3): descrizione terza società/nazione.
Div.: Divisione
Classe: classe di appartenenza in base all'età, calcolata dalla data di nascita
Cl. Gara: classe di gara. Può essere diversa dalla classe di età, a seconda del set di regole utilizzato.
Cat.: categoria, se definite
Tipologia Bersaglio: tipologia di bersaglio. Selezionato dall'elenco dei bersagli disponibili definito in base alla divisione e alla classe di tiro.
Classe Individuale: ammissibilità ad entrare in classificata individuale per Divisione/Classe
Classe a Squadre: ammissibilità ad entrare in classificata a squadre per Divisione/Classe
Finali Individuali: ammissibilità a partecipare agli eventi individuali (solitamente scontri)
Finali a Squadre: ammissibilità a partecipare agli eventi a squadre (solitamente scontri)
Finali Squadre Miste: ammissibilità a partecipare agli eventi a squadre miste (solitamente scontri)
Sedia a rotelle: se è impostato su Si, in caso di sorteggio automatico, assegnerà un posto vuoto sulla linea di tiro nell'altra sessione di tiro (nel caso di sessioni di tiro con alternanza AB-CD)
Balestra: se è impostato su Si, assegnerà un posto vuoto sulal linea di tiro nella stessa sessione di tiro (nel caso di sessioni di tiro con alternanza AB-CD)
