Alla arrangörer kan begära en kod för att publicera resultat på https://ianseo.net. Denna publiceringskod är helt kostnadsfri: det enda kravet är att resultaten publiceras under tävlingen.

En kod kan endast begäras före tävlingen och bara om ingen kod redan har begärts för den tävlingsfilen. Till exempel: om man återanvänder en äldre tävling som redan hade en publiceringskod går det inte att begära en ny kod.

När en kod har begärts får du omedelbart ett e-postmeddelande om att begäran har tagits emot. Om du inte får något inom några minuter, kontrollera skräppostmappen innan du ber om hjälp … och säkerställ att du angav rätt e-postadress! Detta e-postmeddelande bekräftar endast att vi har tagit emot begäran. Din tävling är ännu inte giltig, så du kan inte publicera något just då.

Efter ett tag (timmar eller dagar) får du bekräftelsen. Då kan du ladda upp innehåll. Fram tills tävlingsinnehåll har laddats upp kommer tävlingen inte att vara synlig för andra utan den direkta länken du fick. E-postmeddelandet innehåller också en länk för att köpa en ISK-NG Pro-kod om du vill använda appen Ianseo ScoreKeeper NG i Pro-läge för din tävling.

As the process of validation is made in our free time, please ask for the codes at least one week before the competition starts

If the competition is eligible to request a publication code, a Big Blue Button will appear: clicking on it a form needs to be filled in.

Please make sure the email is correct: confirmation and validation emails will be sent to that email, so if it is wrong you will not receive anything and we will not know.

Once the confirmation email received you can connect ianseo to the website inserting

On-line ID: the one received with the email
Authorization Code: the password you chose when your requested the code
Remember Passwords: checking this checkbox will remember the password: future access to the page will be immediate but will also allow anybody accessing this page to publish data on ianseo.net.

Send

Sending to ianseo.net

Once all is OK, you will need to first send Send Tournament Headers and Images in order to send the basic elements needed afterwards to ianseo.net.

Delete on-line files: removes the selected items from online
Show Records: shows records in the PDFs where needed and set
Standard ORIS printout: sends PDFs in ORIS (Olympic-like) format
Statistics (Awards and Events): sends events and awards statistics
Send Tournament Headers and Images: sends headers and images of the competition. Mandatory at least once, and in general every time you change something in the main setup of the competition (logo, banner, format, etc)
Statistics (Club): sends statistics about the nations/clubs
Participant List ordered by Event: sends the participants list
Participant List ordered by Target: sends the participants list
Participant List group by Country: sends the participants list
Participant List in Alphabetical Order: sends the participants list

During the competition you can send the Class & Division results or the Events (if defined) results or both.

At the bottom of the page is a list of "autocompiled" PDFs to send, or custom PDFs and URLs to show up in the competition details online.

Enable Auto Upload Timer

At the very bottom of the page, one can set a timer that will send the selection at the specified interval.

This page needs to remain open in order for this feature to work as expected
